Centenary Year

In November 1908 a nine hole golf course was
first laid out onthe Warburton estate in Garryhinch.
It was then Portarlington Golf club,
or the Golf Links as it was known, was formed.

In the years following and during the sale
of large parts of the estate to Merchant farmers the golf course remained
largely in place.
